Standard features:
BOOM: SCD 15 15 US ton capacity with 41 ft. Three section Full power boom with integral holding valve on telescope cylinder. Pivoting boom nose, three position mechanically offset: 0°, 40° and 80°.
BOOM ELEVATION: Single double acting hydraulic cylinders, 0° to 70° with integral holding valves & mechanical angle indicator
RATED CAPACITY LIMITER AND ANTI-TWO BLOCK SYSTEM: Hardwired Wylie i4300 rated capacity indicating system with audio-visual (buzzer/light) warning and function cut-out. Color graphical display of boom length, load radius, boom angle, rated load, and calculated load. Hardwired A2B system is a low-profile system w/audio warning and auto control lock-out.
OPERATOR’S STATION: Chassis mounted cab shell with roof safety glass, Deluxe seat, dash mounted mechanical lever proportional controls, gauges for engine functions, electric horn, fire extinguisher, sight level bubble, seat belt, and DC electronics charging port.
SWING: 360° continuous rotation, worm & gear drive on ball bearing swing circle.
COUNTERWEIGHT: One piece cast type bolted to the turntable.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM: Single load sensing axial piston pump, 34.5 gallon steel reservoir with visible hydraulic fluid level gauge.
HOIST: Single speed planetary drive main hoist with automatic multi-disc brake. Includes drum rotation indicator in the hoist control, and indicator lights on the gauge cluster for hoist direction and minimum wrap warning. Third wrap indicator with visible and auditory alarm.
WIRE ROPE: 235’ of 9/16 “diameter 6 x 19 class EEIPS IWRC.
HOOK BLOCK: Two sheave, “Quick Reeve” style hook block, 20 US ton capacity.
OUTRIGGERS: Front and rear oblique type beams at all four corners with integral nylatron wear pads and hydraulic holding valves. Independent control of outriggers and outrigger monitoring system.
ENGINE: Cummins QSF 3.8L (Tier IV Final) 4-cylinder turbo charged water cooled diesel; 74 hp @ 2200 rpm. Includes Cummins catalyst to meet EPA emissions. Torque 295 ft. lb. @ 1300rpm. Requires maximum 15 ppm “Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel.” No Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) required.
AXLES: Rigid mounted to frame. Standard 2 wheel, 4 wheel coordinated and crab steering with self-alignment as standard 4 X 2 front axle drive with limited slip differential.
TRANSMISSION: Powershift with torque converter, four speeds forward and three speeds reverse.
BRAKES: Four wheel full hydraulic, internal multi-wet disc brake system with mechanically applied disc type parking brake on front axle input shaft.
TIRES: 385/65R 22.5 High traction tread radial type tires.
LIGHTS: Full LED lighting package includes front & rear chassis mounted work lights, rear taillights, turn indicators, brake and hazard.
MISCELLANEOUS STANDARD EQUIPMENT: Non-skid deck surface, backup alarm, front & rear tie down lugs, dual side rear view mirrors, hook block tie down, owners USB flashdrive (includes operator’s, service/maintenance, and parts manuals, troubleshooting schematics, load charts, and safety book).
Additional Options Included:
• Front and Rear 10 ton Pintle hitch, dual rearview mirrors, headlight and taillight grilles.
• Cab mounted amber flashing beacon, dual base boom mounted flood lights.
• Enclosed Compartment with front, side and rear window glass, windshield wiper and washer, two piece door with sliding and swing out window, heater, and defroster and cab dome light.
• 50 ft. 4 section full power boom with 3 position pivoting boom nose, wire rope length increases to 278 ft.
• 15 ft. Swing Away Boom extension. Stows on side of base boom when not in use and swings into position. (includes F123 headache ball).
